Digital Access, Communication Needs and Community Practices
The research examines connectivity, digital usage, and information and communication needs of forcibly displaced people in West and Central Africa. Specifically, the studies look at which information and communication channels are most accessible and used by displaced populations, and analyse the role of connectivity in protection and accountability towards people under UNHCR's mandate. This series currently covers Cote d'Ivoire, Mali, Niger, Burkina Faso, Chad.
